I eventually managed to find a phone number to get help !!! (took hours!!!)

the trick is that I use Adobe Reader which is a free software installed on my Mac.

I have been told to convert my file on line, by reaching

    www.cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

and from there take the file in the computer, convert it on line, then download the file converted

    OUF !!

I have been having the same issue for several weeks now. How do you fix this, as I need (and pay for) this service?

    Thanks
