What is the deal? I payed for a service that I can't use. I keep getting sent to the pricing page

    Hi Jamie,

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I can see you have paid for the service(ExportPDF subscription) however normally it would take 24 hours to get the service activated. I would request you to wait for 24 hours.

    Moreover, i can see you have paid twice for this subscription so i'm getting one order cancelled and initiate a refund on that. Refund would reflect in your account in 5-7 working days.

    The duplicate order number AD011611928 has been cancelled, the charge has not been yet transacted from Bank.
