I keep receiving a 'Conversion Failure' error message when trying to convert a PDF to doc/docx.

Question

I have been trying to convert a .pdf file to .doc.

On my desktop application, it returned an error message saying 'conversion failure'.

My searches on the help forum showed me that I should try using the URL. I did this, and received a 'Conversion Failure' error message (400) again.

I have tried using my desktop application to convert other .pdf files to .doc - these complete successfully. The problem seems specific to this one .pdf file.

Grateful for any advice/guidance.

Hi Stevew,

As you have mentioned that other .pdf files get converted successfully but only one specific file doesn't, so this seems to be a file specific issue which we need to check at our end.

"You can share the file with us via email. And you can send it to the email that is shared via private message. Please do mention your forum thread in the subject"
