I keep receiving emails stating that my account has lapsed. It is good until March. Then when I go to the site it wants me to update for an additional $19.99. I don't want that. Do I have to? Has my account lasped?

Are these bogus emails.  I get two or three a day.  I can't ignore them. I am worried if it is true.  Or if it is false I wish Adobe would take care of this.  I don't feel that I should have to buy a service I don't want or need.  I am happy with what I have.  It serves all my needs and more.  Why am I getting these emails?  I want them to stop! PLEASE!

Hi Kappy,

I've checked your account, and it looks like you have multiple subscriptions. You have two for ExportPDF (one renewing in February, and the other in April). You also have an Adobe PDF Pack subscription, which is the one that renews in March.

Since you have Adobe PDF Pack, you don't need ExportPDF. Would you like me to cancel both of your ExportPDF subscriptions for you?
