I kept saving a PDF fill in form to acrobat.com - where did it go?

I saved my PDF Fill-in type document to acrobat.com so I could access it later, but all i can find is the original document I saved as a "test"?  Where did it go?

Have you looked in the Recent Files list in your Acrobat.com account? (Click Files at the far left side of the window when you're logged on to https://cloud.acrobat.com.)

Let us know if that does the trick!
