When I login to use the service, the Adobe site does not recognize that I'm already an exisisting client who just  wants to carry on with his business of converting a PDF to word doc. Instead I'm presented  with an option to buy the ConvertPDF service - which I already bought last year and have used recently. It's not yet expired.

The only way I haven't been able to get past this issue is through logging out and then use  Google to server for "how to convert a pdf to word". Google's results will emit a  direct URL which I paste in browser URL field to take me to the ConvertPDF service directly.

Surely there ought to be an easier way to navigate to services in my portfolio and be able to use them, Why does your platform fail to recognize that I'm existing client with valid services and there's need not be presented with an option that I already have in my portfolio?

Regards,

Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

As you have shared above, yes there is an active subscription of Export PDF registered to your account which should work fine.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

For further troubleshooting you may refer- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Let us know if you still experience the same problem.
