I'm facing some Issues viewing some files of PDF on mobile app, intermittently

Dear all experts, here I have a large number of files, all from the diffrent publisher and for some i don't know the publisher name, that open and read perfectly normally on my laptop version of Adobe Acrobat, but when I open the files from the mobile app, the text is altered and unreadable. In some instances it is just selected text, and in others the entire document is garbled. I have been in touch with the document publisher, and they are unable to replicate the problem.

Does anyone have experience with any such issue or something similar in nature ? Please help

Show screen shots of the same document from both your laptop and the mobile app.

We also need more information:

Which version (exact number)
On your laptop, are you using Acrobat DC Pro or Acrobat Reader?
What is your mobile device?
What app are you using on your mobile device to view the PDF?
