I'm getting conversion failure on my combine files. Same files I did before. It never happened before. What's going on?

Does ansyone know whats going on with the combine files conversion failure?

Hi victoriap19600982,

Please try combining PDF files after signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf" using your Adobe ID credentials.

Also, make sure that the files you are trying to combine are not secured, password protected, 3D or part of a PDF portfolio as these cannot be combined.

If you're combining supported file types and still getting that error, please try the following:

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Could you please provide more details about the issue that occurs when combining the PDFs? Share the error message you receive (if any).

Do you experience an issue while combining some particular files? If yes, try to combine them in a batch of 2 files to check if a particular file is creating an issue.

Grazie per la spiegazione però ho chiesto come fare la disdetta considerato che ho pagato l'iscrizione nuova il 26/04/2016 e non posso utilizzarlo.

Hi,

If a file (created in Adobe) has a block on combining so that it fails to load in the PDF combiner ...

... how do I get rid of the Combine Block ??

It is really frustrating that I can't combine PDF files because of some strange anti-combine function
