I'm having trouble accessing your pdf export website (converting from pdf to Word)

not sure that putting this in as a discussion will be helpful- i was trying to contact support

    Are you unable to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf? I checked your account and everything looks good there. Please let us know if you're still experiencing problems accessing the site.

    yes I’m having trouble even accessing the website. the first time i tried i could log on but then it never took me to the website so I could export pdf’s into Word. I am still having trouble. I try to get on and it gives me this connecting sign- four squares appearing blinking on and off. The website you just gave me -

    https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    does not come up at all.
