I'm really annoyed! I've tried over and over to convert and email my file from pdf to word. this is useless and a waste of $30. I need a refund.

I need to get my refund today, since I probably lost a job opportunity because they need my documents in WORD. Not PDF. This sucks and I want my money back

    I can understand your frustration. I am happy to cancel your subscription and process a refund.

    (Can I help you get those documents converted before I do so? If you're comfortable sending them to me, I'll send you a  private message with details on how to get them to me. I would happy to convert them and send them back--and delete your files from my system once I do.)
