I'm trying to convert a file to PDF and keep on getting a message saying an error occurred while signing in. How can this be fixed?

    It sounds like you are using an older version of Adobe Reader. You can try upgrading your Reader to the latest version (Reader DC) or you can convert your file at https://cloud.acrobat.com/createpdf.
