I'm trying to convert a Word file to PDF. I select the file and click convert. A screen appears to buy a plan. I already have a paid, confirmed Adobe PDF Pack plan. The conversion function wont work.

This has not been answered. You know what assuming does, I hope!!! Please, someone, respond to this question because I'm having the same issue. I paid for something I can't use!
