I'm trying to get a refund for an annual subscription

Purchasing the adobe pdf converter wiped out my word program. Yes, I could no longer access my word program from the minute I downloaded this product.

I paid for a year thinking I would use this function regularly. Instead, I used it once, learned that it ruined my Word, and haven't touched it since. I would like to get a refund for my purchase. If I could, I would get Adobe to pay for the new Word program I had to purchase!
