You said the form is a paper form?  Or is it a PDF on your computer?

The "Fill & Sign" tool in the https://cloud.acrobat.com website can be used to fill out and sign most forms.  This tutorial should help with how to use it:

You could take a picture of your form and then upload that to Fill & Sign, sign it, download the filled/signed PDF and then open that PDF in Adobe Reader to print.

If the form is a PDF on your computer the easiest way to sign is likely Adobe Reader but the Fill & Sign tool in https://cloud.acrobat.com can certainly be used for the PDF too.
