hi I'm trying to upgrade and it won't let me.  I have auto renewal ON.  it keeps telling me to turn it ON!   ??

    Hi antoinettec43707127,

    What are you trying to upgrade to? I see that you have both an ExportPDF subscription and an Adobe PDF Pack subscription (both are active with auto-renewal on). You actually don't need both, as the functionality that ExportPDF offers is also included in Adobe PDF Pack.

    In any case, please log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in. If you're still having trouble upgrading, please Contact Customer Care. An agent should be able to help you take care of that quickly.

    And, if you decide to cancel one of your subscriptions, please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services
