I made notes to a .pdf on my phone, and I had accessed them several times, but now they have all been lost as I access files from Acrobat.com. How can I recover them?

Do I understand correctly that you were using the Reader mobile app to comment on a PDF? And those comments were lost when you saved the file to the cloud? Any comments you make in Reader should be saved to your Acrobat.com account. If they weren't there would be no way to retrieve them.

I would make sure that you have the most current version of the Reader app on your device.
