Question

I need a copy of my invoice for plan renewal... Can't find it under "My Orders."

Please help!

    Hi holderbaum,

    Did you follow the steps in this document: Print a payment receipt or invoice | Creative Cloud?

    I've checked your account, and saw that a payment processed on November 16 for your ExportPDF renewal. I've resent the order processing email to you.
