Hi Sharon,

Here's a quick guide :

1. Log-in to cloud.acrobat.com

2. Click on Export PDF Tab

3. Click on big blue button labeled as 'Selected PDF Files to export

4. A Pop up window will appear, you have to click 'Choose files from my computer' and then select the file to be converted.

5. Click continue and then click 'export to Word' button

You will be prompted to download the converted file once the file conversion process is completed.

Regards,

Rahul

Hi Suzanne26681922yurl,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your account and see that you are using the Acrobat 20 perpetual license,

It does not include the Acrobat Cloud features.

You may sign in to your Acrobat Online account using the same credentials. However, it will be free online account access for you.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Tanks,

Meenakshi
