    Since your Acrobat professional Subscription was in the 30 days retunr period, I have canceled this one for you.

    Also I have created the refund for you.

    The money should be back in your account in next 3-5 business days.

    Hi there, i too would wish to cancel my subscription but cannot get through to customer care via the phone. i was wondering could you do it for me. My email address/Account is emma-gannon@hotmail.com.
