I sent an esign from my account To myself and two others.
My email is [personal information removed by moderator]
when I click on the document that was sent my personal email address [personal information removed by moderator]  to sign it, it says you must sign in as [personal information removed by moderator]
I don't have an adobe account with this email that I'm aware of.
I need to get this document signed within Adobe so all three can agree to the terms of the agreement on one page.
How do I sign this document?

@USAPM Even if you don't think you have an Adobe account with  [personal information removed by moderator] , Adobe Sign might have created a basic profile for that email when the document was sent to it for signing, or it's detecting a conflict with an existing Adobe ID that uses a similar email or is somehow linked to your primary account  [personal information removed by moderator] . The "you must sign in as  [personal information removed by moderator] " message is Adobe's security measure to ensure the correct person is signing the document.
• Clear Browser Cache and Cookies first then check for an Existing Adobe Account  [personal information removed by moderator]:

  • Go to the Adobe account login page: https://account.adobe.com

  • Enter  [personal information removed by moderator]  as the email address.

  • If prompted for a password, try clicking "Forgot password?" Even if you never set one, this process often allows you to create one or confirm if an account exists. Follow the instructions to reset or set a password.

  • If it says "We couldn't find an account with that email address," then an active Adobe ID might not exist for that specific email, but the signing process still requires validation.

Hi USAPM,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try opening the document in an alternate browser. This happens when you are already signed in to your Acrobat Sign account with a different email address on that browser.

Since you sent the document to your personal email address, please try using a different browser to see if you can access it.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
