I need help, I can not figure out what is wrong with this system... I have an auto renewal so that we never have to completely renew this program, and I have been trying for the last 2 hours to convert a pdf file to a word document. Everytime I go to choose a file, it is only showing me the Word docs. in the customers file, not any of the PDF files which is what I need... ? Please help
