I bought a pdf pack last year but I just used ir once. Please, I need the refound.

Sorry to hear about your experience so far.

If you are willing to cancel your subscription of Adobe PDF Pack, then for self cancellation you may try the steps given in -  Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

Or you can contact to our billing support team following the steps here- Can I get a refund for my pdf pack the team will go ahead and assist you further.
