I need to be able to save PDF files and it seems I can't with this program, as well as make changes to existing PDF files. Did I purchase the right one?

I'm not sure I just purchased the correct program!

I need to use existing PDF files I have, save them, email them, makes changes in them, password protect them, scan docs to my computer and save them as PDF.

Please let me know if this was the wrong program.
