    Your website is very confusing.  I want to cancel the order (0283123623) I just placed since I was unable to download and can't get help from you in doing so.  Please cancel order and refund money to my credit card.

    I can take care of that for you. But, I just checked your account using the email address that you use here, and I don't see any order information. Did you perhaps use a different email address to sign up?
