i need to change my credit card details

Hello

I need to change my credit card details as the current one is expired but the link just takes me to resubscribe??? when I am an existing subscriber???

I pay £17.58 per month for Captivate 7 .. please can you tell me where I complete the new ccard details to continue with the subscription.
