i need to convert pdf to jpeg but I don't see it on the adobe I just purchased?

I do not need a discussion, I need some on at adobe to fix this.

    Hi mkb333,

    I'm happy to help! I checked your account don't see any order history associated with the email address you use here in the forums. So, I'm not sure what Acrobat product you purchased. However, to save a PDF as  JPEG, you need either Adobe PDF Pack or Acrobat. Did you perhaps subscribe to one of those using a different email address?
