    Hey Gab,

We have looked into your Adobe account and found an active subscription of Adobe Acrobat DC. Acrobat DC is a desktop application which you have to download first.

    1. Refer to- Download and install Acrobat DC subscription
    2. Download Acrobat DC and Sign In with Adobe ID and Password.

As mentioned that you are willing to open the file saved on acrobat.com https://cloud.acrobat.com/ that you can do with "Document Cloud" storage.

Put the file in "Document Cloud" storage and that you can access or open through Creative Cloud desktop application's Document Cloud storage.

For detailed explanation, please refer to the link-  Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud

    Hope this answers your query.
