I need to speak to someone as I didn't request another subscription. I have retired and do not need it, neither can I afford this. The only way of contacting you is to put in a password to access the site. My Mobile is . I hope to hear from you

Can I cancel my subscription and obtain a refund or partial refund? I didn't know it was automatic renewal.
