I recently purchased the editing program to edit PDF's for $22. I can't seem to be able to figure out how to use it. I click on "edit PDF" but keep getting sent back to a page where you want me to buy it again. Please help. Susan 785-749-4400

    Hey pma4242,

    I could see that you have purchased annual subscription for Adobe Export PDF online service.

    You might need to sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and password and upload any PDF for conversion.

    Then, you can download the converted file on your system as well as locate it under 'Files' menu.

    As you said, you are clicking 'Edit PDF' option, it seems that you are using Adobe Reader. Please choose 'Export PDF' option from Tools pane to access this service.

    Remember, that editing a PDF is possible with Adobe Acrobat, not Reader.
