I need urgent help!

I have downloaded a file that Acrobat has converted from a PDF to a Word document.  However, I cannot find the download.  Where will Acrobat have put it?  I should warn you I am on an county council networked terminal!

    Hi,

    When you export PDF files to Word files the exported files are stored at https://files.acrobat.com.

    When you download those files on Windows systems in general the files are downloaded at user's downloads folder

    On Win 7  -> C:\Users\user's name such as spector\Downloads

    On XP ->C:\Documents and Settings\user's name\My Documents\Downloads

    Are there any user's document folders on your server if you are connecting from a terminal?
