So what gives.  It just keeps asking me to sign-up again for the same service I just paid for.

    Hi garchiba,

    Are you still having trouble logging in to your account? I've checked on this end, and all seems to be in order. It can take 24-48 hours for an order to process fully, so that is likely what the delay was in your case.
