i paid for an annual subscription on december 7th, but i'm being prompted to "subscribe now" when trying to convert a pdf today

I paid for a subscription when I converted a PDF to a Word document back on December 7th.  now I'm trying to convert another pdf and it opens a Sign In window as well as new window with product pricing for Adobe Export PDF and a Subscribe button.  since i don't want to pay for another subscription, i try to sign in but my email address isn't recognized.  apparently i never created an Adobe Id the first time i used the product.  i created an Adobe Id today, but of course it shows that i don't have any products purchased.  how can i link my Adobe Id with the subscription i already paid for?
