I paid for Document Cloud and now can't open PDF's on my computer

I use Adobe Document Cloud regularly to upload templates that I send to my customers .  I also have MS Word and am trying to save a document as a PDF.   All of a sudden I am getting the message that my trial subscription has expired and I cannot open the pdf.   If I try to pay for the Pro DC with the same credit card that I paid for the Document Cloud, the system tries to cancel my Document Cloud subscription that I need.  Help!/!??

Hi Sallyd,

As mentioned in the information given above, if you are using Acrobat DC then this isn't a correct application for the subscription you are entitled to?

Adobe PDF Pack doesn't work with the Adobe Acrobat DC, you need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the PDF Pack service, you may refer to-  How to Use Adobe PDF Pack

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

I might not have stated correctly.   Now Adobe says my subscription is expired and I am unable to save PDFs from Word.  I have paid for an entire year of Document Cloud.... why can't I save PDF files any more?
