    Hey barbara9999999,

    Could you please specify more on the same as where exactly you are facing the trouble.

    What exactly happens when you try to convert your PDF to  other format?

    Are you using Adobe Reader (what version) or signed in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf"?

    Do you get any specific error message? If yes, then please share the screenshot of the same.

    Let me know more so that I can help resolving your issue.
