I paid for the wrong service. What can I do. Can I cancel and get my money back???

    Hi rosap51255307,

    I've checked your account using the email address that you use here in the forums--there are no recent subscription purchases (though it looks like you did subscribe to ExportPDF back in January). What service did you want to cancel?

    You can cancel yourself using the instructions in this document: Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services (but please note that Adobe only offers refunds for cancelations that occur within the first 30 days of subscription).
