I paid my money and cant access, was I ripped off?

Why are you telling me to pay again.  I have already paid and cannot access to export PDF?  Was I ripped off?

    I just checked your account, and it looks as though your order has stalled (there may have been an issue with the order processing). Please Contact Customer Care. A Customer Care agent should be able to tell you what the status of your subscription is.
