I had access some time ago.
Went to convert an email file and had to subscribe.
When I go to convert I get sent to subscribe page.
Have had to change password twice.
But still does not work.
Has Adobe become another of those American companies that take money but don't deliver??

Sorry to hear about your experience.
How excatly you are trying to convert a document? Is it through web browser or through the desktop application?
Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/ or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
Make sure that you "Sign In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
