Dónde y con quién puedo contactar para que me restablezcan el plan ADOBE ExportPDFSub., que aboné a finales de Octubre. Me afirman que el período de prueba ha finalizado.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving message that trial period has expired, is that correct?

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for export pdf. ( (currently in grace period).

Try updating the payment details using the steps given in the following help document and check:

Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account

You can check the subscriptions under your account using the steps given in the following help document:
