I paid the subscription fee yet Adobe is telling me to 'Subscribe now' when I go to convert a file.

How long does it take to activate a subscription?  I've tried re-booting Adobe, my computer, etc.

I tried to verify your subscription status in our database, but I could not find your email address.  It seems that you did not complete subscription purchase process.  Please verify your credit card account if it has been charged or not.

Please check 3 emails sent by Adobe when you subscirbed and let us know your order #.
