I paid via credit card for ExportPDF. More than 12h later, I still don't have access and my account is not updated.

I paid for membership 'export PDF' yesterday. More than 12h later, I still don't have this function activated and my account info does not show the 'export PDF' function. I expected a better service. Is there a waiting time?

    It takes approximately 48 hours for an Adobe product to get confirmed.
