I pay monthly for the cloud. I am trying to get the Adobe XI so I can make a fillable form. It won't open on my computer. Please help.

I am a cloud customer and pay for the service monthly.  I am trying to create a fillable form.  No luck.  The Adobe XI won't open.  I need some help. Thanks

    Hi Olivia,

    What happens when you try to open Acrobat?

    I checked your account; it looks like there may have been a hangup with the order processing. Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help you get that straightened out. I suspect that may be why you're unable to open Acrobat.
