I purchased Acrobat.com a few minutes ago, no more than one hour, and it is not working.

Dear Acrobat.com

I purchased your service a short while ago this am that will allow me to convert PDF files to Word files.  I have attempted to convert two files and receive the message:  "Cannot Preview Filetype, Please download the file for viewing".  I then download the file and it still does not convert to Word.  Please advise and respond to:  rex.reagan1@gmail.com
