I purchased acrobat.com to allow me to convert pdf files to docs. During the conversion process, it looks like everthing is working, then I get a message "The converted file failed to be downloaded to your computer.: I need this file on my laptop so

I purchased acrobat.com so I could convert a pdf file into a docx or doc file. As it goes through the conversion, the message indicates it is converting, then it is downloading. AFter a few minutes, the message "The converted file failed to be downloaded to your computer. I am using an Apple laptop with OS X 10.8. I need to change some of the text so I need it to be on my laptop. HELP!!!
