I purchased Adobe PDF Pack and cant use it...

I purchased Adobe PDF pack in January and  I cannot use it.  I am trying to licence it and it is asking for my serial number.  I am looking at the invoice but don't see a serial number

    Hi Vivian,

    There is no serial number for PDF Pack, and it will never ask you for one.

    It sounds as if, you have paid for PDF Pack and downloaded Acrobat Pro. Two different things, completely.

    PDF Pack has nothing to do with editing PDFs (except by converting to Word).

    In order to use Adobe PDF pack you need to login at https://cloud.acrobat.com/ using your Adobe ID & password.

    I purchased Adobe Pro yesterday and can't use it.

    Maybe it did not download properly.

    This is to much trouoble 

    just cancel my order ..... I am not pleased with your product
