Hi Kimberlyk,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you have purchased Adobe PDF Pack and want to use on the computer, is that correct?

As we have checked the details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Adobe PDF Pack.

Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered. You may also see the help document for detailed description: How to Use Adobe PDF Pack

Let us know if you need any further help.

Will this work for my legal assistant? She will be logging into Adobe from a separate email.

Hi Joseph,

The service will work only when you sign in using the email address used to purchase the subscription.

If you have purchased it using your email address, and the assistant will be using a different email address, a new account will create for her, which will provide only free features.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
