I purchased Adobe PDF Pack two days ago and it will not convert PDF to Word properly.

Also It will not allow me to print a copy.

    As mentioned above, that you haven't been able to convert the PDF to Word properly. So could you please help us with more information about what exactly happening when you are trying the conversion of a PDF to word?

    Also, you may try the conversion online once- https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf
