I purchased ADODE PDF Pack on 11 November 2014 for U$89.99. My order # ARSY907342009US, renewal date now 11 Noivember 2015!

WHY can I NOT download records / documents received via my e-mail?

When I try opening the document Your system requests me to AGAIN to purchase the ADODE package again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does my account with YOU not allow me to download these pages.

This is driving me around the bend...........................................

    PDF Pack doesn't do anything to help with downloading stuff from mail.

    But please let us know what you are trying to do, especially what button you press when you get the message.

    Did you at any time download "Acrobat Pro"?

    Hi.

    I receive many information documents from Banks which information I need, they send it in 'Abode format'.

    When I needed this facility to download these documents I undestood that the "Abode PDF Pack' was the best product as a whole, so paid U$89.99, now you say this will not 'do what I wanted it for'?

    I have NOT but will download "Acrobat Pro", hope there is no cost, and see if this works for me.

    Acrobat Pro is much more expensive than PDF Pack.

    I think we need to talk about what you want to do. You say "download". What do you mean, exactly?

    To me it just means to read the file on screen, and Adobe Reader can do that, for no extra cost. What does it mean to you? What doesn't work, or what problem do you want to solve? If you get messages please let us know them exactly.
