I purchased annual pdf pack yesterday, spent 1hr with chat help, and still showing CANCELLED. Help!

I needed this in a hurry. It's close to 24hrs lapsed now. The subscription does not work, and next to "manage" shows "Cancelled".  Help, please! Seriously, please help!  THanks
