Sorry for the confusion.
We see that you have subscribed for the Adobe Export PDF FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud service which was initially purchased through Apple/iTune. You might have required a Sign Out and Sign In back on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf to start using your subscription.
However, as the page has directed to you to the "Buy Now" screen so now you made a purchase of a different subscription "Adobe PDF Pack" FAQ | Adobe PDF Pack from save source Apple/iTune.
As both the subscriptions are quite similar, but "Adobe PDF Pack" How to Use Adobe PDF Pack allows you to use few more features. In that case you can cancel any one of the service from the same source (Apple/iTune) through which you purchased it. Because the payment of the purchase was made to Apple/iTune so cancellation can not be done through Adobe.

To activate the other subscription (Export PDF) you can follow the steps mentioned below-
1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Sign Out & Sign In once if you have already signed in.
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
