I purchased PDF convert to word. now it wants to convert all my pdf files and will not open in pdf.

As per the explanation given above, "now it wants to convert all my pdf files" so could you please elaborate it a bit more what exactly happening with the pdf files that you have?

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
